Peter Tront IV is originally from Waretown, New Jersey. In his youth, he enjoyed playing baseball, being outdoors, and classical music. While in high school, Peter was a member of the National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and performed professionally with various orchestras and theatre productions.
Peter obtained his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance from Cleveland State University where he was a member of the University’s Honors College and then went on to earn his master’s degree from Wright State University.
..In the winter of 2019, Peter began working with a start-up sales firm based in Columbus, where he learned about the sales and consulting industry, team leadership, and market expansion. He enjoyed working in a people-oriented, growth-focused atmosphere, and the opportunities to coach and develop others. At the firm, he held all state sales records and was the top sales professional at both the company and nationally on the campaign.
After a few years, Peter decided to launch IVM & Co. in an effort to help meet expansion demand for clients, and in order to provide career advancement opportunities for the people of Northwest Ohio. His goals are to be the leader in outsourced sales for the Great Lakes region, provide increased market shares for the firm’s clients, and make an economic impact in the Greater Toledo Area.
Outside of work, you can find Peter boating, golfing, riding motorcycles, and cooking. He also loves to travel and immerse himself in various cultures worldwide.
Cameron Schaller was born and raised in Carleton, Michigan. He grew up with three brothers and two sisters. In his youth, he was a multi-sport athlete who enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, golf, and more.
Cameron obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned Summa Cum Laude and President’s List honors.
His competitive upbringing attracted him to IVM & Co. because the company provides him with opportunities to grow and it is a place where his efforts are rewarded and valued. He is thrilled to maximize his abilities, unlock his true potential, and achieve his entrepreneurial goals for the future.
In his free time, you can find Cameron enjoying the company of his family and friends, watching sports, and coaching competitive travel softball.
Sam Rosenbalm was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and grew up in the suburbs of Avon Lake. He graduated from Avon Lake High School and moved to Toledo, Ohio to be closer to his family.
In the past, he has mostly worked in hard labor and retail. Sam joined IVM & Co. because of the opportunity for growth within the company, and he is very excited about his future growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, video games, and music.
Samantha Lohmeyer was born in California, and raised in Toledo. Growing up, she spent a lot of time involved with her church. After high school, she attended Owens Community College. After college, she owned a cleaning business where she truly enjoyed investing in client relationships.
Samantha joined IVM & Co. for the opportunity to advance in sales and grow and further develop her entrepreneurial skills.
Outside of work, she enjoys camping, spending time with her family, friends, and spending time outdoors.
Da’Mon Connerton-Yates was born in Toledo and grew up on the north side of town. He attended Central Catholic High School for three years and graduated from Scott High School.
Morgan Hamrick was born and raised in the village of Willshire, OH. In her youth, she enjoyed raising her farm animals for 4H competitions and engaging in both vocal and instrumental music activities. While in high school, she performed with The Ohio State Honors Band, The District 3 Honor’s Choir, and received The National School Choral Award for her performances.
Morgan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology from Bowling Green State University, where she studied Visual Communication Technology.
After college, she began seeking opportunities related to marketing. She joined the IVM & Co. team because the company provides opportunities for professional and personal growth. She is excited to continue building her skillsets, and to see how far she can advance within the company.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, graphic design, video games, and music.
Shakir Blackett is originally from Bridgetown, Barbados. He is an innovative thinker who loves solving problems using his engineering and business skillsets. He is the co-founder of a micro-mobility company headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, and is also a member of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Engineering Technology and earned a Master’s in Business Administration at Bowling Green State University recently.
In his spare time, Shakir plays golf, produces musical instrumentals and actively participates in community service projects.
Rebecca Zilka was born and raised in Gibraltar, Michigan. During high school, she played five varsity sports including: basketball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, and rowing.
She graduated from Siena Heights University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications where she earned Magna Cum Laude and Dean’s List. She was also a part of the women’s basketball team at Siena for four years.
Rebecca joined IVM & Co. to start her career in business and have the opportunity to grow professionally. Through sports, she has obtained a competitive spirit and work ethic that contributes to her success in the workplace.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with friends and family, and working out.
Calen Vander Vlucht was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. After graduating class of 2022 at St. John’s Jesuit High school, He jumped right into the sales and marketing industry, leading him to IVM & Co. His goal is to continue to thrive in this market and one day launch his own company. The consistent opportunities for growth and advancement make him so excited about this role.
In his free time, you can find Calen learning more about cars and car audio, spending time with his girlfriend, fishing and camping.
Gage Ritenour was born in Toledo, Ohio, and raised in a small town called Whitehouse. He went on to graduate from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
Prior to joining the IVM & Co. team, he started his own moving and storage company and spent time working in the food service industry as well. Gage joined IVM & Co. because of the opportunity for growth within the company, and he is very excited about his future in the industry.
Outside of work, he enjoys reality TV, video games, music, and spending time on the lake.
Kodie Kirkland was born in Adrian, Michigan, and grew up in the small town of Hudson, Michigan. He attended Adrian College, where he studied computer science.
He gained experience working with people in customer service roles and also resold vintage clothing prior to joining the IVM & Co. team. He is excited about the opportunities for growth within the company and is looking forward to challenging himself both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Kodie enjoys golf, building computers, video games, boating, music, and spending time with his girlfriend and other close friends.
