Peter Tront IV is originally from Waretown, New Jersey. In his youth, he enjoyed playing baseball, being outdoors, and classical music. While in high school, Peter was a member of the National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and performed professionally with various orchestras and theatre productions.
Peter obtained his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance from Cleveland State University where he was a member of the University’s Honors College and then went on to earn his master’s degree from Wright State University.
..In the winter of 2019, Peter began working with a start-up sales firm based in Columbus, where he learned about the sales and consulting industry, team leadership, and market expansion. He enjoyed working in a people-oriented, growth-focused atmosphere, and the opportunities to coach and develop others. At the firm, he held all state sales records and was the top sales professional at both the company and nationally on the campaign.
After a few years, Peter decided to launch IVM & Co. in an effort to help meet expansion demand for clients, and in order to provide career advancement opportunities for the people of Northwest Ohio. His goals are to be the leader in outsourced sales for the Great Lakes region, provide increased market shares for the firm’s clients, and make an economic impact in the Greater Toledo Area.
Outside of work, you can find Peter boating, golfing, riding motorcycles, and cooking. He also loves to travel and immerse himself in various cultures worldwide.
Sam Rosenbalm was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and grew up in the suburbs of Avon Lake. He graduated from Avon Lake High School and moved to Toledo, Ohio to be closer to his family.
In the past, he has mostly worked in hard labor and retail. Sam joined IVM & Co. because of the opportunity for growth within the company, and he is very excited about his future growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, video games, and music.
Sarah Tonini is originally from Pittsburgh and relocated to Toledo in pursuit of new opportunities and professional growth. She previously played women’s football with the Pittsburgh Passion and also gained experience working in marketing.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going to the gym, exploring new restaurants, and hiking. Her top priority is helping others reach their goals while continuing to pursue her own.
Amelia Wood was born in Concord, New Hampshire, and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She is the second oldest of five siblings. Growing up, she spent most of her time outdoors—camping, hiking, and exploring the natural world. A well-rounded and curious kid, she played sports, learned the violin, and enjoyed crafting and hands-on projects.
In high school, she earned her FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License and later spent several years as the Head of Maintenance at a summer camp, where she played a key role in the construction of a $2.5 million conference center. From there, she moved to Utah to work in the mental health field, supporting at-risk youth in therapeutic programs.
In 2023, she returned to Toledo and launched a YouTube channel with her mom, which sparked a passion for entrepreneurship and creative business ventures. Looking to gain hands-on experience in business leadership and mentorship, she saw the sales industry as the perfect opportunity to grow—and hasn’t looked back since.
Outside of work, you can find her crafting, writing, making music, and spending time outdoors. She brings creativity, grit, and a heart for people into everything she does.
