Peter Tront IV is originally from Waretown, New Jersey. In his youth, he enjoyed playing baseball, being outdoors, and classical music. While in high school, Peter was a member of the National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and performed professionally with various orchestras and theatre productions.
Peter obtained his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance from Cleveland State University where he was a member of the University’s Honors College and then went on to earn his master’s degree from Wright State University.
..In the winter of 2019, Peter began working with a start-up sales firm based in Columbus, where he learned about the sales and consulting industry, team leadership, and market expansion. He enjoyed working in a people-oriented, growth-focused atmosphere, and the opportunities to coach and develop others. At the firm, he held all state sales records and was the top sales professional at both the company and nationally on the campaign.
After a few years, Peter decided to launch IVM & Co. in an effort to help meet expansion demand for clients, and in order to provide career advancement opportunities for the people of Northwest Ohio. His goals are to be the leader in outsourced sales for the Great Lakes region, provide increased market shares for the firm’s clients, and make an economic impact in the Greater Toledo Area.
Outside of work, you can find Peter boating, golfing, riding motorcycles, and cooking. He also loves to travel and immerse himself in various cultures worldwide.
Cameron Schaller was born and raised in Carleton, Michigan. He grew up with three brothers and two sisters. In his youth, he was a multi-sport athlete who enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, golf, and more.
Cameron obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned Summa Cum Laude and President’s List honors.
His competitive upbringing attracted him to IVM & Co. because the company provides him with opportunities to grow and it is a place where his efforts are rewarded and valued. He is thrilled to maximize his abilities, unlock his true potential, and achieve his entrepreneurial goals for the future.
In his free time, you can find Cameron enjoying the company of his family and friends, watching sports, and coaching competitive travel softball.
Sam Rosenbalm was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and grew up in the suburbs of Avon Lake. He graduated from Avon Lake High School and moved to Toledo, Ohio to be closer to his family.
In the past, he has mostly worked in hard labor and retail. Sam joined IVM & Co. because of the opportunity for growth within the company, and he is very excited about his future growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, video games, and music.
Morgan Hamrick was born and raised in the village of Willshire, OH. In her youth, she enjoyed raising her farm animals for 4H competitions and engaging in both vocal and instrumental music activities. While in high school, she performed with The Ohio State Honors Band, The District 3 Honor’s Choir, and received The National School Choral Award for her performances.
Morgan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology from Bowling Green State University, where she studied Visual Communication Technology.
After college, she began seeking opportunities related to marketing. She joined the IVM & Co. team because the company provides opportunities for professional and personal growth. She is excited to continue building her skillsets, and to see how far she can advance within the company.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, graphic design, video games, and music.
Amelia Wood was born in Concord, New Hampshire, and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She is the second oldest of five siblings. Growing up, she spent most of her time outdoors—camping, hiking, and exploring the natural world. A well-rounded and curious kid, she played sports, learned the violin, and enjoyed crafting and hands-on projects.
In high school, she earned her FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License and later spent several years as the Head of Maintenance at a summer camp, where she played a key role in the construction of a $2.5 million conference center. From there, she moved to Utah to work in the mental health field, supporting at-risk youth in therapeutic programs.
In 2023, she returned to Toledo and launched a YouTube channel with her mom, which sparked a passion for entrepreneurship and creative business ventures. Looking to gain hands-on experience in business leadership and mentorship, she saw the sales industry as the perfect opportunity to grow—and hasn’t looked back since.
Outside of work, you can find her crafting, writing, making music, and spending time outdoors. She brings creativity, grit, and a heart for people into everything she does.
Calvin Stewart was born and raised in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, and recently relocated to Ohio. A former varsity athlete in football and rugby, Calvin thrives in competitive environments and brings a well-rounded, driven approach to everything he does.
With a strong passion for driving success—for both clients and team members—he is committed to continuous improvement, taking on new challenges, and achieving both personal and organizational goals. Calvin focuses on exceeding client expectations while building strong, lasting relationships that drive revenue and loyalty.
Outside of work, you can find Calvin playing with Toledo Men’s Rugby, spending time with his girlfriend, and hanging out with their two cats.
Nick Koester is a dedicated sales representative with a strong foundation in business management and studied at The University of Toledo. Originally from Findlay, Ohio, Nick has a passion for building meaningful client relationships and driving successful sales strategies. Beyond his professional pursuits, Nick enjoys playing guitar, working out, and reading, which provides a creative and balanced approach to his personal and professional life. His diverse interests and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to IVM & Co.
Samantha Whitty was born and raised in Perrysburg, Ohio. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Science in 2018. After college, Samantha built leadership experience by managing several restaurants over the course of multiple years.
She joined IVM & Co. in search of professional growth and long-term development. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys playing volleyball, video games, and has a strong passion for equestrian life. She also values spending quality time with friends and family.
Lane Franklin was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, where he grew up with three older brothers. From a young age, he was active in football, baseball, basketball, and golf—sports he still enjoys participating in today.
Eager to dive into a competitive, people-focused environment, Lane chose to pursue a career path that would allow him to leverage his strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and drive to grow. That decision led him to IVM & Co., where he saw an opportunity not only to challenge himself but to develop both personally and professionally in the world of sales.
Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending time at the baseball diamond watching his nephews play, hanging out with family and friends, and cheering on Michigan football every fall.
Sarah Tonini is originally from Pittsburgh and relocated to Toledo in pursuit of new opportunities and professional growth. She previously played women’s football with the Pittsburgh Passion and also gained experience working in marketing.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going to the gym, exploring new restaurants, and hiking. Her top priority is helping others reach their goals while continuing to pursue her own.
Elijah McNeil was born in Buffalo, New York, and is the middle of three siblings. With a background in culinary studies and experience traveling across the United States, Elijah brings creativity and passion to everything he does.
Don’t let his love for food fool you—he’s driven, focused, and committed to making an impact. Since joining IVM & Co., he’s found fulfillment in helping others reach their goals and in growing alongside them.
In his free time, Elijah enjoys listening to music, gaming, and finding new ways to challenge himself.
Anthony Sbrocchi was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Anthony has always been driven by a strong work ethic and a competitive spirit. A 2019 graduate of Toledo Early College, he has been working since the age of 15, gaining valuable experience in various industries. His passion for competition started on the baseball field, where he played from a young age, winning back-to-back NWOABL championships in 2013 and 2014 with Dream Park Baseball—once ranked as high as the #3 team in the country. Today, he channels that same determination into his career, bringing energy, strategy, and dedication to IVM & Co.
Anthony believes that success comes from both drive and generosity—helping others whenever possible, knowing that good things will come in return. When he’s not working, you can find him on the golf course, enjoying the challenge and strategy of the game.
Alicia Davis was born in Toledo, Ohio, and later moved to Oregon, OH. Growing up, she enjoyed staying active through sports like cross country, soccer, and volleyball.
With previous experience in sales, Alicia was seeking a role that offered greater opportunities for both personal and professional development. That search led her to join IVM & Co., where she’s excited to build new skills and continue growing in her career.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys reading, walking her dog, and expressing her creativity through drawing and painting.
